If you have questions about the InterOscitor^TM or are having technical difficulties with the program, please first review the troubleshooting information below and review the rest of this online documentation. In particular, the Troubleshooting page is the place to start for most problems.

Please include the following information so we can best help you:

- Computer Information
      Computer brand and model number
      CPU type and speed
      Hard disk drive size
      RAM size
      Peripherals and cards installed
      Screen settings (resolution, number of colors)
      Camera brand and model number
- Description of the problem
- Your email address
- Your license key. This proves you have purchased the program.

Known Bugs

If you find a problem that appears to be a flaw in the software, please send us an email describing it in detail. Include the same information listed above describing your computer system. The following is a list of the known problems with the current version of the program:

If you have more than one video driver installed the program can't tell which one has a camera connected to it currently. It tries the first one and if that fails it will display a message asking you to select a video driver. A more intelligent way to do this would be to try all the drivers until one with a video camera was found. We are working on adding this feature.
Some video formats that are not often used these days are not supported currently. In particular, some of the 12 bit color formats are not supported. The program will try to interpret them anyway (and may succeed) but the results may also be unpredictable. If the program won't work with your 12 bit format and if your driver allows, try a video format with a color depth other than 12 bit.
