Q: I can't get any video to appear on the InterOscitorTM screen.  What's wrong?
A: Take a look at this list of video troubleshooting ideas.

Q: I get a message saying my license key isn't valid or my software has reverted to demo mode.  How do I revalidate the software?
A: See this section on software registration.

Q: I want to move my software to another machine or disk and my license key doesn't work on the new installation.  Can I get another key?
A: Don't uninstall your old copy of InterOscitorTM yet!  A copy of your license key is stored in the Windows registry.  Follow these instructions to get a copy of it.  Then email it to us along with the new registration cookie after you reinstall the software and we'll send you a new license key.

Q: I lost my license key and already uninstalled my old version of the software and I want to move my InterOscitorTM to another machine.  Can I get a new license key anyway?
A: Probably.  Send us an email with your name and complete address and we'll verify them in our customer database and issue you a new key.
